Common Questions

  • A 50% deposit is required at booking to hold your slot. The remaining balance is collected upon delivery of your gallery. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations within 48 hours of your session.

  • One person books and pays the 50% deposit online — then split the cost however works for your group. Up to 5 people, 2 hours, 2 locations. Each person gets their own private gallery with 15 edited photos.

  • We shoot on and around CU Boulder campus — Norlin Quad, the Flatirons backdrop, and other iconic locations. You can request a specific spot and we'll do our best to accommodate.

  • Your edited gallery is delivered within 7 days via a private online link. You'll be able to download all high-res files directly.

  • Most students bring their cap and gown plus one or two casual outfits. Solid colors photograph better than busy patterns. Premium sessions include time for 2 outfit changes.

  • We'll reach out 24 hours before if the weather looks bad and reschedule at no extra charge. Boulder weather is unpredictable — we've got you covered.

  • For locations like Chautauqua, about 1.5 hours (for 1 location) before the listed Sunset time that day. Say sunset of is listed as 7:30, you should arrive aproximentaly 6, and if you want a location prior you should arrive to that location around 5:15. If you are confused, please contact us.
